The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, challenging the order dated 03.08.2012 passed by the 1st respondent, granting permission to the 5th respondent to run the control room at Eraiyur Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

2.Learned counsel for the respondents submitted a report of the Sub Collector, Cheyyar indicating that the 5th respondent is not at all running the control room at Eraiyur Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

3.In view of the above, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
