This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to investigate and register a case under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC on the complaint dated 29.4.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 29.4.2015 lodged by the petitioner and counter complaint, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.79 of 2015 and 80 of 2015 and the same were closed on 14.6.2015. 4.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
