Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the son of the petitioner namely Rion Dharamaraj aged about 20 years before this Court and set him liberty.

1. The detenue/Mr.Rion Rajendran has been produced.

2. The petitioner, who is the father of the detenue is also present in Court.

3. It appears that the detenue/Mr.Rion Rajendran had already entered into a matrimonial relationship.

4. The petitioner and his wife want the petitioner return to their house.

4.1. The detenue/Mr.Rion Rajendran, has no wish to return to his parents'

house.
