Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 18.3.2015 issued by the fourth respondent in Letter No.10667-4145(61)/Po.Tha.A.TNSTC(V)/2015, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant the petitioner pension as per Rule 19(c) of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Rules, by taking into his entire service from 03.11.1986 to 13.12.1989 along with the petitioner service from 29.05.2004 to 31.12.2014 with effect from 01.01.2025 with arrears and all consequential benefits, including the increase in pension at the rate of 15% with effect from 1.4.2015 together with interest at the rate of 12% pa., or any other relief this Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

ORDER

Despite a conditional order passed by this Court on 03.09.2025, directing the learned counsel for the petitioner to produce the translated copy of the proceedings and other relevant documents available in Tamil language on the next hearing date i.e., on 17.09.2025, failing which, the writ petition will be dismissed, however, the counsel for the petitioner has not complied with the 2/4
