This Court by an Order dated 29.04.2022, had directed the respondent Police to file an additional Charge Sheet within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the respondent Police has requested this Court to grant a further period of six months to complete the investigation and file the additional charge sheet as directed by this Court.

Taking into consideration, the reasons assigned in the petition, the time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of three months from today.

It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.
