ORDER

The matter relates to service and the petitioner is to retire shortly. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the matter and he has given a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) dated 15.11.2018.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner has any grievance of the service conditions, it would always be open to the petitioner, to file necessary petition as is deemed fit.
