This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking amendment of the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the petition as "Jagan @ Manimuthu" instead of "Jagan @ Marimuthu" in Crl.O.P.No.3188 of 2026 and consequently amend the order dated 10.02.2026 K.RAJASEKAR, J.

3.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
