ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner's application dated 15 March 2016, seeking Scheduled Caste community certificate has been rejected, the instant writ petition has become infructuous and hence, it may be dismissed as such, with liberty to the petitioner to assail the rejection order. An endorsement to the following effect has also been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner: "May be dismissed as infructuous with the liberty to challenge the rejection order."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
