O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to expeditiously dispose the petition in Crl.M.P.No.4531 of 2018 filed on 03.07.2018 by the petitioner Bank under Section 14(1) of the SARFAESI Act.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed an application for an attachment of property in Cr.M.P.4531 of 2018 on 03.07.2018, before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, and the same is pending. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits, the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is directed to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner in Cr.M.P.4531 of 2018, within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving due opportunity to all the parties.

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
