O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint dated 07.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.236 of 2016. On reading of the complaint, it is alleged by the petitioner that he was working as a gym instructor in a gym and that she had invested some money, which is not being returned by the owner of the gym. The allegation in the complaint essentially appears to be civil in nature and in order to give criminal colour, the petitioner has stated that he was threatened by the opposite party.

4. Hence, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
