ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the order dated 16.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.10165 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.913 of 2024, whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in para 8 (iv) of the order dated 16.12.2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three (3) months at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 24-02-2026 ANU
