Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the court of learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila court), Villupuram on the once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7192 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.307 of 2017 dated 06.07.2017.[CRL.MP.NO.11364/2017] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.R.APPASWAMEE Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MATHAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The petitioners were granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.7192 of 2017 dated 06.07.2017, by suspending the sentence, pending disposal of the appeal, subject to the condition that they should report before the Trial Court once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed to relax the said condition.

3 . The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have been complying with the condition regularly and they find it difficult to comply with the condition and they are unable to attend regular work, inview of the conditions and that therefore, he prayed for relax the condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has not raised

any serious objection.

5. Having regard to the difficulties expressed by the petitioner, I am inclined to modify the condition.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
