ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner, based on his application, dated 09.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner seeks for transfer of patta bearing Nos.577 and 627 for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the petitioner's application, dated 09.10.2025 seeking for transfer of the said pattas was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are Page No.2 of 6
passed against the respondents 4 to 7 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's online application, dated 09.10.2025 as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 4 to 7 and any third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application, dated 09.10.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the Page No.3 of 6
objections, if any, from the respondents 4 to 7 and any third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
