This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6 of an order, dated 06.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26098 of 2023, wherein, it has been stipulated as one surety must be a blood surety.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce any two sureties to be executed to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.
