3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.31185/2024 on 13.12.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28-02-2025 To The State Rep By, The Inspector of Police Kalapet Police Station, Kalapet, Puducherry.
