(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of
mandamus to direct respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.12.2025, 29.12.2025, and 23.01.2026 for not granting an FL2 license (bar) to 8th respondent in a time-bound manner.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that license has already been issued to 8th respondent, vide proceedings dated 06.03.2026. Therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the same, if so advised.
