ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard Mr.S.Senthilkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending and the same has been transferred to the Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin, in view of the jurisdiction. 4.It is seen that it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and the wife. The petitioner/husband is ready to compromise with his wife. Now, the case has been transferred to the Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin.

5. At this stage, no direction can be issued to the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional Court and get his grievance redressed.
