ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the TNPID Court, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.32337 of 2024 on 20.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.6(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32337 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
