O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Contempt petition to punish the respondents for their willful and intentional violation of the order dated 24.07.2015 passed in Contempt Petition No.1155 of 2015 in W.P.No.24559 of 2014.

2. Head the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Mr.Vinoth Kumar, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests is personally present before this Court today and the cheque for Rs.27,55,211/- bearing cheque No.317917 drawn in favour of M/s.N.P.Sons Constructions has been produced before this Court and and has been received by the petitioner, who is present in Court. With regard to the remaining issues, the department will approach further in accordance with law. It is made clear that the aforesaid payment is without prejudice to the rights of the parties.

4. In the light of the above the Contempt Petition is closed.
