The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decree passed by the Sub Judge, Nagapattinam, in C.M.P.No.70 of 2012 in A.S.No.82 of 2011 dated 03.09.2013.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.01.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 13.02.2019.

3. Even today (20.02.2019), when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
