This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed calling for the records and to set aside the order dated 13.02.2018 passed in C.M.P.No.736 of 2018 against

C.C.No.900 of 2008 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC No.3, Saidapet, Chennai and may be pleased to send for the alleged documents Ex.P2 to Ex.P8 for expert opinion to ascertain the genuineness of the signature found on the said documents and to compare the said signatures with the signatures found on cheques Ex.P10, Ex.P11, Ex.P12 of the petitioner/accused.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter has been already compromised between the parties. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
