C.M.P.No.4691 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.25395 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 247 days in preferring the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.25395 of 2023.

2. Though notice is served on the first respondent none appeared for him.

M/s.C.Bhuvanasundari, the learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent fairly submits that she has no serious objection to condone the above said delay.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the delay of 247 days is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission and print the name of M/s.C.Bhuvanasundari in the cause list at the time of admission.

6. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
