This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of a final report and also appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail in Crl.MP.No.1253 of in Crl.O.P.No.25505 of 2022 dated 02.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
