ORDER

This Court, while disposing of writ petition in W.P.No.41363 of 2016, by order dated 24.11.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and to pass orders on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with law, as per G.O.Ms.No.175 (School Education M2

Department) dated 19.07.2007 and G.O.Ms.No.(4D) No.21, dated 02.11.2011, within a period of six weeks. 2.Now, alleging non-compliance of the said order of this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 08.03.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent rejecting the request of the petitioners, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
