This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting every monday at 10.30 a.m., until further order before the respondent police imposed upon this Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.2588 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every monday at 10.30 a.m till framing of charges and examination of the defacto complainant.
