JUDGMENT

Based on the letter dated 16.09.2019 of the Commissioner, Office of the Commissioner of GST and Central Excise, Tiruchirappalli, Government of India, Mr.K.S.Ramaswamy, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, submitted that instructions have been issued to withdraw C.M.A.No.1983 of 2019, as per the National Litigation Policy.
