O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to refer the complaint of the petitioner to any other police other than 3rd respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 11.07.2014 and initiate action against Adhilingam and Picchi and prosecute them in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted and closed, based on the letter given by the petitioner that he had settled that matter with Adhilingam, opposite party. The petitioner has also given a handwritten letter, in which, he has stated that no action need to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be taken on his complaint. A copy of the letter given by the petitioner has been furnished to the learned counsel across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
