Accordingly, a communication was sent by the Registry to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam and the learned Judge in response sent a letter dated 26.08.2019 to the Registry, stating that the suit in OS.No.170 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam was disposed of on 09.12.2013.

2. The present Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the orders passed in IA.Nos.112 of 2013 & 113 of 2013 in OS.No.170 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam. Since, the suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petitions.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
