Mr.B.Anandan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the third respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 25.01.2018, arising out of Chit Funds Act, 1982.

3. Heard both sides.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the appeal pending before the first respondent, as it is for the said authority to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the third respondent.
