This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint dated 26.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.110 of 2015. On reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be matrimonial dispute.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
