GOPI Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, W-21 ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, GUINDY, CHENNAI (CRIME NO. 23 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that The Petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 AM until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in the above Crl.OP No.808/2022 dated 12.01.2022 and pass such further or other orders may deem fit and under the circumstances of this case thus render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.808 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
