O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to grant permission to perform the program of "Devotional Light Music" on 13.03.2022 at about 07.00 pm., to 10.00 pm., at "Srinagamuthumarriamman" festival is situated at Muttathur Village, Villupuram District. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are two rival groups in the Village and there are constant fights between the parties. On the complaint given by one Jaishankar a case in Cr.No.453 of 2021 has been registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and on the complaint given by one Venkatachalapam a case in Cr.No.454 of 2021 has been registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323 ,324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry calling upon both the parties and thereafter dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2022. 2/4

4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
