This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates in Crl.O.P.No.28979 of 2023 dated 21.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
