ORDER
What is challenged in the writ petition is a transfer order and while admitting the writ petition, this Court has granted interim stay as early as in 2011.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequent to the order of transfer, the petitioner has been promoted to the higher post and he has also joined in the promoted post.
3.In view of the subsequent development as stated above, this Court feels that nothing survives for further
consideration in the present writ petition and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
