ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to issue patta on the petitioner name for Plot Nos.56 & 57, situated in Survey No.55/2, at Veerakeralam Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore without insisting on no objection certificate from the Tamil Nadu Housing Board pertaining to the petitioner property.

2. Ms.A.B.Rehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the Respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 25.05.2021 at 11.30 a.m at the office of the respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 25.05.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
