This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.982 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26284 of 2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall continue to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
