The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of IA.No.2 of 2024 in OP.No.4102 of 2023, filed by the wife seeking interim maintenance.

2. The notes of proceedings would show that the respondent had been served as early as on 29.10.2024. The matter was adjourned to 21.11.2024 for filing counter. However, the counter has not been filed. The respondent who is the petitioner in the main petition is also not appearing before the Court. The petition was posted on 14.02.2024 for counter.

3. Now the matter is posted on 10.03.2025 for filing affidavit of assets and maintainability and bank statement, etc.,

4. Considering the above, the learned VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the said IA, within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5
