This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Associate Professor with effect from 16.02.2019 and consequently appoint the petitioner at Kalaignar Centenary Super Speciality Hospital, Guindy, Chennai in the post of Associate Professor

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
