ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct proper investigation on the complaint of the petitioner registered in Crime No.81 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.81 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) IPC has been registered and the investigation is almost completed.

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
