ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.07.2018 given by the petitioner to remove the name of the respondents 4 to 6 in Patta No.300, 8 and 313 respectively.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 16.07.2018 seeking removal of the name of the respondents 4 to 6 in Patta No.300, 8 and 313 respectively, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the private respondents. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
