(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondenthttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Corporation would submit that as against the action taken,

the respondent No.4 in the writ petition has filed an appeal. During the pendency of the appeal, a direction was issued to rectify the deviations made, which was also not complied with and accordingly, a Report has been sent. He would further submit that the matter is pending before the Government for disposal.

2. In view of the sufficient action taken by the contemnor, the contempt petition stands closed, especially when the petitioner himself has been arrayed as party before the Government.
