ORDER

With reference to the order passed by this Court on 07.03.2023, the learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that the land belonging to the petitioner has not been acquired so far. The challenge made in the writ petition is only a call letter issued by the Special Tahsildar (Adi Dravida Welfare) Chengam, in May 2013. 2.Already 10 years had lapsed. The land belonging to the petitioner has neither been acquired nor the Government Pleader has submitted any such proposal as of now. Therefore, no further consideration is required. 3.That apart, further it is brought to the notice of this Court that an alternate road was formed for the purpose of reaching the burial ground via Keelpathurai Village. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and thus, no further orders are required. 2/4
