The respondents substantially complied with the order passed by this Court.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order passed by the respondents contain certain defects with regard to Basic Pay and other emoluments. The learned counsel, therefore, seeks liberty to take up the matter with the Management of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Coimbatore) Limited.

3. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Corporation, in case, he is still aggrieved.
