(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This petition has been filed to rectify the typographical error that crept in paragraph 6 of the judgment dated 26.07.2018 made in W.A.No.725 of 2013.

2. As rightly submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, a mistake has crept in in the judgment passed. In second sentence of paragraph 6, it has been wrongly typed as "However, we make it clear that the first respondent shall work out all her remedies/make her claims before the first respondent" instead of "However, we make it clear that the first respondent shall work out all her remedies/make her claims before the appellant".

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents do not have any objection for allowing this petition.

4. In such view of the matter, second sentence of the paragraph 6 of the judgment be read as "However, we make it clear that the first respondent shall work out all her remedies/make her claims before the appellant".
