Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M.until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1619 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NAMBIRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1619 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side),the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
