This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner except in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) that, on a complaint given by one Anitha Kumari, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.206 of 2018 and at that juncture, the petitioner obtained anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.8738 of 2018 on 23.03.2018. Learned Government Advocate further submitted that after obtaining the anticipatory bail, the petitioner is attempted to break the compound wall on 05.04.2018 and therefore, his sister Anitha Kumari has given a second complaint, based on which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.93/2018.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
