1. Whether the suit is liable to be dismissed on the ground of maintainability under Section 12(A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 by the Plaintiff?

2. Whether the suit is liable to be dismissed, since the claim made by the Plaintiff is barred by limitation??

3. Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to recovery of a sum of Rs.1,69,72,969/- (Rupees One Crore SixtyNine Lakhs Seventy-Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-Nine Only) from the Defendant?

4. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to an interest of 20% p/a from date on which the amount is due until date of filing suit ?

5. Whether the Plaintiff is to pay the cost of defending the present suit to the Defendant along with compensatory damages?

6. Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to any other 1/4

reliefs?
