This petition has been filed to grant leave to file an appeal against the order of acquittal dated 11.01.2021 passed in C.A.No.112 of 2019 on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.On being satisfied with the averments made in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that there are arguable grounds for filing the appeal. Accordingly, leave is granted.
