ORDER

[Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.] The petitioner has come to this Court seeking mandamus directing the State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu, first respondent herein, to accept the counter statement dated 20.01.2022 filed as reply to the complaint filed against him in S.H.R.C.No.9106 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that this writ petition is filed on 08.03.2022 and on 10.03.2022, the State Human Rights Commission/ first respondent herein has accepted the counter statement subject to payment of Rs.500/- and the matter is posted for cross-examination of P.W-1 on 29.03.2022. Therefore, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
