2. The petitioner seeks for a declaration, declaring the records of the 1st respondent relating to guideline value register in respect of Survey No.93/2 (old S.No.51) of Omandur Village, SRO, Mailam, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, is illegal and thereby, directing the respondents to value the said lands as agricultural dry land (well irrigation) Type-I.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that when all other surrounding lands situated at 93/2 (old S.No.51) of Omandur Village, SRO, Mailam, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District have been classified as agricultural lands, the respondents are not justified in classifying the subject matter land alone as residential site.
